Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs flank steak, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves (minced), salt & pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1 cup mozzarella, ½ cup basil
- ¼ cup balsamic glaze
Instructions:
- Marinate steak (oil, balsamic, garlic, salt, pepper) for 30 min, then grill 4-5 min per side. Rest & slice.
