Grilled Flank Steak Caprese 🥩🍅🧀

Juicy grilled flank steak meets fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, drizzled with balsamic glaze for a flavorful, summery dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs flank steak, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced), salt & pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1 cup mozzarella, ½ cup basil
  • ¼ cup balsamic glaze

Instructions:

  1. Marinate steak (oil, balsamic, garlic, salt, pepper) for 30 min, then grill 4-5 min per side. Rest & slice.
  2. Layer steak with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze & serve! 🍽️✨
