Pork Belly Stir-Fry is a flavorful and satisfying dish that combines crispy, tender pork belly with fresh vegetables and a savory sauce. Ingredients:

  • Pork Belly: 300g (thinly sliced), 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, ½ tsp white pepper, 1 tsp Shaoxing wine (optional)
  • Vegetables: Garlic (3 cloves, minced), 1 tsp ginger, 1 red chili, ½ onion, 1 bell pepper, 1 cup bok choy, 2 green onions
  • Sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp hoisin sauce, ½ tsp sesame oil, ½ tsp sugar, 2 tbsp water, 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions:

  1. Marinate pork belly for 15 mins.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Stir-fry pork until crispy, set aside.
  4. Sauté garlic, ginger, chili, and veggies.
  5. Combine everything, add sauce, stir until thickened.
  6. Garnish with green onions & serve with rice.
