- Mole crickets (cleaned) – 200g
- Lemongrass (thinly sliced) – 2 stalks
- Garlic (minced) – 2 cloves
- Fish sauce – 1 tbsp
- Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions:
- Clean crickets thoroughly and pat dry.
