Rediscovering Countryside Cooking ( Oysters Grilled with Eggs )

A delicious seafood dish, grilled oysters with eggs is a popular street food in Vietnam, Thailand, and other coastal regions. It combines the fresh, briny flavor of oysters with the creamy richness of eggs and seasonings.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh oysters (6-8)
  • Eggs (2, beaten)
  • Green onions, garlic (chopped)
  • Fish sauce, soy sauce, black pepper
  • Butter, oil, fried shallots (optional)
  • Chili, cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Grill oysters until they slightly open.
  2. Mix eggs with seasoning.
  3. Open oysters, add butter and egg mixture.
  4. Grill 3-5 mins until eggs set.
  5. Garnish & serve with lime.
