Creamy Homemade Avocado Ice Cream

A rich, smooth, and naturally sweet avocado ice cream—easy to make at home!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados (pitted and peeled)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice (prevents browning)

Preparation:

  1. Blend avocados, condensed milk, sugar, vanilla, and lime juice until smooth.
  2. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into the avocado mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring every hour for a creamier texture.

Serving Suggestion:
