Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados (pitted and peeled)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice (prevents browning)
Preparation:
- Blend avocados, condensed milk, sugar, vanilla, and lime juice until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into the avocado mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring every hour for a creamier texture.
