Soy Sauce (2 tbsp), Oyster Sauce (1 tbsp), Fish Sauce (1 tsp, optional)
Spices: Black Pepper, Chili Powder, Turmeric, Paprika
Cornstarch (2 tbsp) – For extra crispiness
Oil (for deep frying)
Lime or Lemon (for garnish)
Coriander Leaves (chopped, for garnish)


Cooking Steps:

1️⃣ Clean & Boil intestines with vinegar & salt, then rinse thoroughly.
2️⃣ Marinate with garlic, soy sauce, spices, and cornstarch.
